A strong statement: F1 24 director claims the game's new dynamic control system will "significantly change the way we think about racing"
The developers of the F1 24 racing simulator have promised to introduce several significant improvements to the game both on and off the track. As for the former, the main focus will be on the introduction of new features and systems, which are generally called the Dynamic Handling System. Game Director Lee Mather recently shared some details.
Here's What We Know
The game will feature many innovations: from a revised powertrain tuning system and improved aerodynamics to a completely new suspension kinematics system and changes to the fundamental properties of the chassis for more realistic weight distribution. According to Maser himself, this is a "significant change in the racing experience", especially for those who prefer to play with as few aids as possible.
"This year, we set out to improve several aspects of the handling and track movement model to add depth and freedom of action to the player's handling and setup, as well as to really emphasise the authenticity of the aerodynamics, tyres and powertrain modelling," the executive told GamingBolt.
Where To Play
F1 24 will be released on the 31st of May for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Windows.
