A $459 price tag and 5,471 pieces: LEGO and Warner Bros. announced the Lord of the Rings: Barad-Dûr set

LEGO and Warner Bros. have announced a new construction set for fans of the Lord of the Rings film adaptation.

Here's What We Know

The set is called Lord of the Rings: Barad-Dûr. The set is dedicated to the Black Tower, which is also known as the Tower of Sauron. At the top of the tower is the Eye of Sauron, which glows and rotates in different directions.

The structure is divided into four main sections. As for the tower itself, it is modular. The set consists of 5471 parts. By the way, the set also comes with 10 minifigures including Sauron, Orc, Frodo, Sam, Gollum and Gothmog.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Sales of Lord of the Rings: Barad-Dûr will start on the 4th of June. The new set will cost $459.99/£399.99/€459.
