Samsung has created a list of devices that will receive One UI 6.1 update
One UI 6.1 user interface update for Galaxy phones and tablets has been released. This version debuted with the release of the Galaxy S24 series at the end of January. It took Samsung two months to roll out the new version of One UI to older Galaxy devices.
Here's What We Know
The One UI 6.1 update started rolling out on 28 March. The initial rollout was for flagship phones and tablets released in 2023. As of 11 May, Samsung has extended the availability to flagship devices released in 2022 and 2021.
Samsung has created a list of devices that will receive the One UI 6.1 update:
- Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra
- Galaxy S22, S22+, S22 Ultra
- Galaxy S21, S21+, S21 Ultra
- Galaxy S23 FE
- Galaxy S21 FE
- Galaxy Fold 5, Fold 4, Fold 3
- Galaxy Flip 5, Flip 4, Flip 3
- Galaxy Tab S9, Tab S9+, Tab S9 Ultra
- Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8+, Tab S8 Ultra
- Galaxy Tab S9 FE, Tab S9 FE+
- Galaxy A73, A54, A34, A53, A33
- Galaxy Xcover 6 Pro
- Galaxy A15 5G
- Galaxy Tab Active 5
- Galaxy F54
Users are advised to periodically check for updates via the Settings app on their device or via the firmware library.
One UI 6.1 introduces a number of new features that improve performance and user experience, but not all AI features will be available for all Samsung models.
