Rumour: Samsung is preparing new Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro with improved design, sound, and artificial intelligence
Samsung will introduce two new wireless headphones Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro in the second half of this year.
Here's What We Know
According to a report by Chosun Media, Samsung is planning major design changes to the Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. Since the release of the original model, all Galaxy Buds have been shaped like a bean. However, with the Galaxy Buds 3, the South Korean firm will change the overall shape of its earbuds to significantly improve their active noise cancellation (ANC) performance and sound quality.
The call quality of Galaxy Buds is often inferior to AirPods due to the design of the latter, which brings the microphones closer to the user's mouth. Samsung may change the design of the Galaxy Buds, possibly bringing them closer to the design with a foot, although this has not yet been confirmed.
The Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro will have improved artificial intelligence (AI) features. The current design of the Galaxy Buds does not allow for the larger battery required for more intensive AI use, so the new design may aim to address this issue as well.
