Google has updated its Chrome browser for iPhone and iPad to allow users to customise the menu bar and carousel. This new feature saves preferences and information about sites by removing unnecessary items from the carousel, such as bookmarks, downloads, history, and more.
Here's What We Know
Consumers can now turn off the Smart Sort Menu Bar to avoid constantly shuffling items.
Previously, the top carousel showed frequently used items, which can now be changed and customised. The new Chrome variant also allows you to reorder and remove checkboxes from the list of actions, such as Follow, Bookmark, Add to Reading List, and others.
The update is available in Chrome 125 for iPhone and iPad.
