Sony has unveiled the first gameplay trailer of online shooter Concord: the game will be released in August

A full presentation of the Concord network shooter from Sony and Firewalk Studios took place at State of Play.

Here's What We Know

Viewers were presented two trailers at once: cinematic and gameplay.

The first one allows to estimate the general style, setting and mood of the game, which is not serious and reminds comics and films "Guardians of the Galaxy" (Guardians of the Galaxy).

The gameplay trailer shows that Concord is a classic network shooter, in which different heroes with unique abilities and weapons face each other in 5*5 matches. The game is very reminiscent of Overwatch, which is expressed both in the style and the general concept of the game.

In the future the developers plan to develop the Concord universe by releasing thematic videos and adding new characters.

Concord will be released on 23 August on PS5 and PC.

The developers will beta test the game in July.
