ASUS unveils TUF A14 and TUF A16 gaming laptops with Ryzen AI 9 chips and GeForce RTX 40 graphics

The Vivobook S series and Zenbook S16 are not the only new products from ASUS. The Taiwanese company presented TUF A14 and TUF A16 gaming laptops at Computex 2024.

Here's What We Know

Both models are equipped with AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor with NPU, the performance of which is 50 trillion operations per second. The laptops also feature M2.2280 format drives and LPDDR5X RAM.

ASUS TUF A14 features a 2.5K panel with 165Hz refresh rate. The display has NVIDIA G-SYNC support, 3ms response time and 400 nits peak brightness. The graphics subsystem is represented by NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 or RTX 4050 graphics card depending on the configuration, and the battery capacity is 73W*h.

ASUS TUF A16 has a more powerful graphics card in the top configuration. It's about NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 model. The screen diagonal in the notebook has grown from 14" to 16", but the panel has retained the 2.5K format and 165 Hz frame rate.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The ASUS TUF A14 and TUF A16 will be available for purchase later this year. The cost of the gaming laptops has not been revealed yet.
