Rumour: The Oppo Find X8 Ultra will get four 50 MP lenses and the periscopic telephoto lens will be an improvement over its predecessor
The other day it became known that the upcoming Oppo Find X8 will get a 6000 mAh battery. It is not yet known whether the older Oppo Find X8 Ultra model will get the same battery, but it is known what cameras the Ultra version may get. Well-known informant Digital Chat Station has shared information about the device's cameras.
Here's What We Know
According to the source, the Oppo Find X8 Ultra will feature a four-camera system, each with 50MP. Two of these cameras will be periscopic telephoto lenses. While the specific sensors that will be used in the new smartphone are not mentioned, it has been learnt that the Oppo Find X8 Ultra will not include the Sony IMX858 sensor that is present in the periscopic telephoto lens of the previous Find X7 Ultra with 6x optical zoom.
The informant also suggests that the camera capabilities of the Oppo Find X8 Ultra will surpass those offered by the 200-megapixel periscopic telephoto lens of the vivo X100 Ultra, which could indicate improved zoom features.
More information about the Oppo Find X8 Ultra will be available as we get closer to the announcement of the new product.
