Homelander from The Boys is already available to purchasers of the Premium Edition of Mortal Kombat 1 and Kombat Pack. Developers showed the advantages of the new DLC fighter
NetherRealm Studios held a regular Kombat Kast broadcast, which this time was dedicated to the new DLC fighter of the fighting game Mortal Kombat 1.
Here's What We Know
Today Homelander, one of the central characters from the satirical series The Boys, became available to purchasers of the game's Premium Edition and Kombat Pack.
The developers showed gameplay for Homelander, who enters fights in an emphasised arrogance and pathos. He levitates in the air, attacks enemies with lasers from his eyes, and uses his hands as if he doesn't want to get them dirty. Of course, Homelander's trademark brutality is also reflected in Mortal Kombat 1, as he spares his opponents and uses brutal kills.
The Kombat Kast broadcast also featured Homelander's beloved Ferra, who appears in the game as a cameo fighter and often jumps on the back of her opponent to help her partner win the fight.
When We Can Expect It
Homelander will be available for purchase for all Mortal Kombat 1 players from 11 June, remember, the game was released on PS5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch and PC.
