The information was shared by our colleagues from Ukrainska Pravda. According to the source, the work of various institutions and companies has already been paralysed. Citizens of the country have lost access to electronic services of the state services website, as well as to the services of the Ministry of Defence, Finance, Interior, Justice, Industry and Energy, Information Technology and Communications, Emergency Situations.

In addition, the site and services of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation are blocked. Also across the country there are observed failures in the work of some banks. For example, "Sberbank" and "Alfabank". In addition, some users can not enter the social network "Vkontakte".
