Samsung updates Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7+ tablets in the US to May security patch

Samsung has reportedly released a security update for May for the Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7+ tablets in the US with model numbers SM-T878U and SM-T978U.

Here's What We Know

The software update, which brings security improvements for May 2024, changes the firmware version of the two tablets to T878USQS8DXE1 and T978USQS8DXE1 respectively.

The security update for May fixes 45 system vulnerabilities. Samsung is expected to roll out this update to another model in the series, the Galaxy Tab S7 FE, soon.
