The thinnest foldable smartphone on the market, the vivo X Fold 3 Pro, has made its debut outside China
As promised, vivo has held an event in India where it revealed the vivo X Fold 3 Pro foldable smartphone.
Here's What We Know
The gadget received the same characteristics as the model for the Chinese market. That is, the device was equipped with a body with a thickness of 5.2 mm and a weight of 236 grams. This is the thinnest foldable smartphone.
The global version of the vivo X Fold 3 Pro has an 8.03-inch Samsung E7 AMOLED display. It has a resolution of 2480×2200p, 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. The external display comes with a BOE Q9+ OLED screen at 6.53 inches. It also supports up to 120Hz refresh rate. Under the bonnet of the vivo X Fold 3 Pro is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. It works in tandem with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
The novelty features a 50 MP ZEISS 50 MP main camera with OIS + 50 MP + 64 MP, two front sensors of 32 MP each and a 5700 mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging, 50W wireless and 5W reverse charging. The novelty has NFC, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, stereo speakers, ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and IPX8 protection. The gadget comes with Android 14 operating system.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The vivo X Fold 3 Pro will be available for purchase in India on 13 June for $1916. In other countries, the novelty should appear a little later.
