Bloomberg: a "director's cut" of Hogwarts Legacy is in development, with Rocksteady - the creator of Batman: Arkham - also involved in its creation.
Today Avalanche Software studio released a major summer update for the role-playing game Hogwarts Legacy.
Earlier the developers positioned this patch as the final support for the game, but it turns out that its story is not over yet.
Here's What We Know
Bloomberg journalist Jason Schreier reported that the developers of Hogwarts Legacy, as well as some employees of Rocksteady Studios - the creators of Batman: Arkham series and the failed action game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League - are working on what the insider's sources call "Director's Cut". Typically, this wording means a re-release of the game with new content added.
Schreier added that in addition to game designers from Avalanche and Rocksteady to the development of the conditional Hogwarts Legacy Director's Cut involved another unnamed studio, so it seems that the innovations will be really a lot. Perhaps gamers will be presented with a full-fledged story add-on.
