Samsung will allow you to check the time with a double tap on the back

Samsung is introducing a new Good Lock feature to make checking the time easier on its Android 15 phones. With a double-tap gesture on the back of the device, users will be able to check the time even when the screen is off.

Good Lock is a popular Samsung feature that allows users to customise their device experience on a deeper level. The RegiStar update for Good Lock will add the ability to display the time with a double-tap on the back of the device.

This innovative feature will be especially useful in low light conditions.

This option will initially be available on the Galaxy Fold 6 and Flip 6, and then roll out to other Galaxy devices with One UI 7.0 and Samsung's Android 15 update.

The innovation is expected to appear in the near future.
