Realme is testing 300W fast charging technology
Realme already has a GT Neo 5 smartphone that supports 240W fast charging - it can fully charge the battery in less than 10 minutes. But the company is not stopping there and is developing even faster charging.
Here's What We Know
In a recent interview for YouTube channel TheTechChap, Realme Global's head of marketing Francis Wong revealed that the company is currently testing a 300W charging technology. Unfortunately, he didn't provide any further details. It is also unclear when and if this technology will be available in commercial products.
Incidentally, Redmi is currently the only manufacturer that has demonstrated 300W phone charging technology. As a result, the smartphone battery is charged by 50 per cent in less than 3 minutes and a full charge takes about 5 minutes. But there is no ready-made gadget with such charging.
