The foldable Samsung Galaxy Fold 6 Slim will be more expensive than the regular Fold 6, despite the lack of an S Pen stylus
It has been rumoured for a long time that Samsung is working on another foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Fold 6 Slim or Ultra. Authoritative insider Ice Universe revealed new details about this novelty.
Here's What We Know
According to his information, the smartphone will be called Samsung Galaxy Fold 6 Slim, that is, the prefix "Ultra" the manufacturer will not use. As the name suggests, this is a foldable smartphone with a thinner body, designed for portability. Therefore, apart from the thickness of the body, there are likely to be no significant differences from the regular Galaxy Fold 6.
However, there is still one difference: the new model, according to numerous leaks, will not support work with the branded stylus S Pen. It seems that the company had to make these sacrifices in order to reduce the thickness of the case.
Despite this, according to Ice Universe, the Galaxy Fold 6 Slim will cost more than the regular Fold 6.
The Galaxy Fold 6 and Flip 6 are expected to debut at the Unpacked event on 10 July. But the Fold 6 Slim won't be part of that presentation - Samsung will likely unveil it alongside the Galaxy S25 series in early 2025.
