The Redmi K70 Ultra has appeared in the GSMA IMEI database
While rumours about the Redmi K80 are already surfacing on the internet, another model in the K70 lineup, the Redmi K70 Ultra, has been reported to be released. The device, which is yet to be unveiled as part of the K70 series, has been spotted in the GSMA IMEI database, hinting at an imminent release.
Here's What We Know
The model numbered 2407FRK8EC is confirmed as the Redmi K70 Ultra and the "C" at the end of the model number indicates the Chinese version. It is speculated that the global release will not take place and instead the smartphone will make its global debut as the Xiaomi 14T Pro.
While official specifications are yet to be revealed, leaks suggest that the Redmi K70 Ultra will get a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor and a 5,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. Memory options include up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of inbuilt UFS 4.0 storage. The smartphone will reportedly feature a premium build with metal frames and glass back panel.
The smartphone will feature a 1.5K OLED screen with a dual-core chip for the display. The K70 Ultra is also expected to be dust and water resistant. The main camera is expected to be 50 megapixels and there will be an ultra wide-angle lens and a macro lens.
According to rumours, the Redmi K70 Ultra could launch as early as this month or July.
