Unexpected announcement: Resident Evil 7 Biohazard will be released on iPhone, iPad and Mac in July

Resident Evil Village and the Resident Evil 4 remake are already available on Apple's mobile devices, but two more instalments of the iconic Japanese franchise will be joining them soon.

In a surprise announcement, Capcom has announced that Resident Evil 7 Biohazard will be released on the iPhone 15 Pro and all iPad and Mac models with M1 chips and above on 2 July.

The cost and additional details of the new version of the famous horror game have not been revealed yet.

In addition, the developers said that a similar port of the Resident Evil 2 remake, which is considered by many to be one of the best parts of the series, is also in production.
