The epic story of Elden Ring in three minutes: a short video about the events of the famous game by FromSoftware studio is presented

Games by Japanese studio FromSoftware are famous for their extremely complex, intricate and veiled plots, which are presented in allegorical dialogues, vague notes and with the help of non-obvious elements of the environment.

Often, understanding these games requires not only playing them repeatedly, but also watching a vast number of thematic videos, reading explanatory articles, and discussing it all with other fans.

Elden Ring is a perfect representative of FromSoftware's concept of "nothing is clear, but very interesting"©. And since the story and backstory of the game was written by the famous writer George Martin, it is even more difficult to understand it than in other projects by Hidetaka Miyazaki.

Here's What We Know

Shortly before the release of the Shadow of the Erdtree story expansion, Bandai Namco released a trailer with a brief retelling of the key events of the Elden Ring world. It won't answer all the questions, of course, but it will allow you to refresh your memory of the meanings and connections of the various characters.

Shadow of the Erdtree will be released on the 21st of June and will be the biggest and the only add-on for Elden Ring. It will take 30-40 hours to complete and will require 16.5GB of free space to install on PS5.
