Robes and mounts found in Monster Hunter Wilds demo
Monster Hunter Wilds, the next instalment in the series, introduces new features and also brings back favourite elements such as robes and mounts that were missing from Monster Hunter Rise.
Here's What We Know
In a 30-minute demo played by GamesRadar, a Ghillie Mantle was found, although the total number of Ghillies is unknown. Sneak attacks have also been improved: for example, the charged Greatsword skill deals 243 damage to Doshaguma, while the sneak attack deals 522 damage. From now on, sneak attacks are now "buttoned" so you can better time them.
The demo also featured three mounts that are used in the 15-minute hunt, and they are "very powerful", although the specific mechanics were not detailed.
When We Can Expect It
Monster Hunter Wilds is scheduled for release in 2025 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.
