OPPO Reno 12 Pro debuted in Europe: a smartphone with dual 50 MP portrait cameras and a MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Energy chip
OPPO held an event in Europe where it showed off its new Reno line of smartphones.

The new top model of the series is the OPPO Reno 12 Pro. The gadget received a 6.7-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. The panel supports HDR10/HDR10+ and has a peak brightness of 1,200 nits, along with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 glass.
The OPPO Reno 12 Pro is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Energy processor. This is a special version of Dimensity 7300 that has been optimised for OPPO smartphones. The chip comes paired with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. The novelty has a pretty good set of cameras: 50 MP main camera (Sony LYT600 with OIS) + 8 MP (IMX355 wide-angle lens) + 50 MP (Samsung JN5 telephoto lens) and the same 50 MP front camera with autofocus. The cameras support AI features and can also record videos in 4K 30fps.
The novelty is powered by a 5000 mAh battery. The smartphone supports 80W SuperVOOC charging. From 0 to 100%, the device charges in 46 minutes. OPPO Reno 12 Pro has IP65 water and dust protection.
Price & When We Can Expect It
Sales of OPPO Reno 12 Pro will start in Europe on 25 June. The novelty will cost 600 euros.
