State of Decay 3 will be released in 2025, according to rumours

In a recent episode of the Xbox Two podcast, journalist Jez Corden claimed that, based on what he heard, Undead Labs and Microsoft are planning to launch State of Decay 3 in 2025. Although the 2025 launch window has not been officially announced, it seems to be the internal plan at this point, although it may not be set in stone.

Nevertheless, 2025 should be a good year for Microsoft in terms of first releases. Major games like DOOM: The Dark Ages, Fable, and South of Midnight are already scheduled for release next year, and recent reports suggest that Gears of War: E-Day could also be released in 2025.
