The original Beyond Good & Evil is no longer available on Steam: Ubisoft is actively preparing for the release of the remaster

We wrote that on 20 June, Ubisoft will present the details of the Beyond Good & Evil remaster at the Limited Run Games Showcase. Because of this, the original version is no longer available in some digital stores.

Here's What We Know

Steam and Xbox Store still have the game's page, but the purchase button is gone. You can still buy the game on the Ubisoft Store and GOG. In the latter, the game costs less than a dollar.

It is worth reminding you that you should not expect too much from the remaster, which is called Beyond Good & Evil: 20th Anniversary Edition: the developers will update the graphics, increase the resolution and quality of textures, adapt the game to modern computers and consoles, and improve sound effects.
