Over 4 years, 15 million people have played Microsoft Flight Simulator and made more than 1 billion flights

Microsoft Flight Simulator was released in 2020 and attracted players because they could explore a digital copy of the world from the sky. You can even find your own house in Microsoft Flight Simulator if you try hard enough. And now the authors have revealed the total number of players in the simulator.

Over 4 years, 15 million players have tried Microsoft Flight Simulator. It is not known how many people have bought the game, as MFS is also available on Game Pass. However, these 15 million players have made more than 1 billion flights.

Microsoft Flight Simulator received 91 points from critics and 7.2 points from players on Metacritic. The game was developed by Asobo Studio, which is known for the A Plague Tale games. The game is available on Xbox Series and PC.
