Enthusiasts have already made mods that will make the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion pack for Elden Ring easier to complete: players have been complaining about the DLC's too high difficulty
On 21 June, Elden Ring fans received the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion pack. However, some players began to complain that the expansion was too difficult. Although complexity is inherent in FromSoftware games, it turned out that not everyone was ready for such difficulties in Shadow of the Erdtree, so enthusiasts began to create mods that would make life easier for players.
Here's What We Know
For example, there is already anEasy Shadow of the Erdtree mod that reduces all damage from enemies in the DLC by about 25%.
"Many players complain that the enemies in SOTE deal too much damage," the mod description says, "so if this is your case, you can try this mod that reduces it significantly.
The authors of the mod also added that it can be used by players to learn the behaviour of bosses without dying as often. Then they can uninstall the mod and tackle the difficult bosses of Shadow of the Erdtree the way FromSoftware intended.
In addition, some mods for Elden Ring have been updated to work correctly with Shadow of the Erdtree. For example, the"CheezeOfAstora " mod allows players to restore runes immediately after death, so there is no need to go to the place of death to do so.
In order to get access to the add-on, you need to complete a certain segment in the original game. TheDLC Ready Save File mod allows players to skip this requirement.
Where To Play
Shadow of the Erdtree is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
