Not just Williams and Audi: Alpine has also made an offer to Carlos Sainz

Formula 1 racer Carlos Sainz is set to reveal soon which team he will drive for next year.

The main contenders until recently were Williams and Audi, but as it turned out, Alpine joined the negotiations at the last minute.

The French team also wants to put the Spanish driver in their car in 2025. This was reported by a source Motorsport. Alpine has already made Sainz an offer. So now the Spanish racer will have to choose from three teams.

By the way, it recently became known that Renault may stop making engines for Alpine and in 2026, the team, perhaps, will buy engines from competitors.

Carlos Sainz is a Spanish motor racing driver who competes in Formula 1. The son of famous rally driver Carlos Sainz Sr, he started his career in the junior series before moving to Formula 1. For the last few years, Sainz drove for Scuderia Ferrari, but from next year the Italian team decided to end its partnership with him and signed seven-time champion Lewis Hamilton instead.
