Strava launches dark mode for its Android and iOS apps

Strava is officially launching dark mode for its Android and iOS apps. This has been available since 26 June.

Here's What We Know

This feature reduces eyestrain and makes it easier to use the app during activities and viewing statistics. The dark mode is applied to the entire user interface, including smaller buttons on the map and statistics pages, which improves visibility in low light conditions.

Owners can select a theme that always matches their device's settings or choose between Always Light and Always Dark to suit their preferences.

This is the first of Strava's new features, which also include a family plan subscription, AI-powered leaderboard integrity, and nighttime heat maps.
