Apple Intelligence may appear on Apple Vision Pro in 2025
Apple Intelligence, a new innovative artificial intelligence system from Apple, which is expected to be available this autumn on devices with Apple silicon M processors. However, according to a recent Bloomberg report, the probability of its appearance on the Apple Vision Pro headset in 2024 is low.
Here's What We Know
Although the Vision Pro's specifications, including an M2 processor and 16 GB of RAM, theoretically support Apple Intelligence, the Bloomberg report notes that the user interface could be a major obstacle. A mixed reality headset could pose unique challenges to the adoption of this technology.
Despite these challenges, the report claims that Apple Intelligence features make sense for Vision Pro, which is positioned as a productivity device.
Experts question the impact on Apple's cloud computing infrastructure, as the number of Vision Pro users is much smaller than the number of Mac, iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 users.
A wider range of Apple Intelligence features is expected to appear no earlier than 2025, and initially they will be available only in English in the US.
