Huawei prepares to release a tablet with 100W charging
Huawei's tablet lineup may be expanded with a new device, as information about the certification of a tablet called MatePad MRO-W00 has recently appeared on the web. It is expected to have a powerful 100W charger.
Here's What We Know
The tablet has already received 3C certificates in China, where it was confirmed to support 100W fast charging using the HW-200500C02 charger. In addition, the MRO-W00 has been certified for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NearLink.
Although the official name of the tablet is unknown, a Weibo insider claims that Huawei is planning to launch six new products this month, one of which is the MatePad SE.
The MatePad Tab SE, which was recently revealed, features a Snapdragon 685 processor, a 7700 mAh battery, a 1920 x 1200 pixel display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The tablet will run on the HarmonyOS 4.2.0 operating system.
Given the certification data and information from insiders, it is likely that the MRO-W00 is the MatePad SE.
In addition to the tablet, the insider also mentioned other products that Huawei plans to release in July:
- Sound Joy2 portable speaker
- Sound X 4 speaker
- Maimang 30 smartphone
- Smart Screen S5 Pro
Lingxi remote control for Smart Screen S3 Pro.
The official specifications and release date of MatePad MRO-W00 are currently unknown, but more information is expected to be released in the coming weeks.
