An insider has revealed information about the screens and design of the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro
According to leaks, Vivo will announce its new flagship smartphones Vivo X200 and X200 Pro in October, which will replace last year's Vivo X100 and X100 Pro models. Chinese insider Digital Chat Station shared some information about the screens of the future novelties.
Here's What We Know
According to the insider, the Vivo X200 will feature a flat screen with a diagonal of 6.4 to 6.5 inches and a resolution of 1.5K. This confirms previous rumours about the compactness of the model. In turn, the Vivo X200 Pro should get a curved screen of the same resolution, but with a larger diagonal - about 6.7 inches. The design of the Pro version suggests narrow bezels and the same curvature on all four sides.
It is also reported that the Vivo X200 will get a triple camera with a 50-megapixel main sensor and a periscopic telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. This will be Vivo's first basic flagship with a proprietary image processing chip.
In addition, both new products should get a Dimensity 9400 processor. Vivo X200 will be equipped with an optical in-screen fingerprint scanner, while the Pro model will get an ultrasonic one. Additional specs of the Pro version are yet to be revealed, but it is expected that the battery will be bigger than its predecessor, the Vivo X100 Pro (5400 mAh).
