Aliens want attention! Polish developers announced StarKeeper - an unusual game about the development of a space tavern
Polish developers continue to surprise with unexpected video game concepts.
LongTerm Games studio announced a project that will interest fans of simulation, construction and business development.
Here's What We Know
The public was presented StarKeeper - isometric 3D game, in which you need to build a space tavern on a moving asteroid, which will be visited by representatives of different life forms from all over the Galaxy.
The game is built on four pillars: management, travelling, trading and character relationships. Each of these aspects involves many interesting mechanics and possibilities associated with them. For example, by travelling to different planets (by the way, the entire galaxy is procedurally generated and will be unique in each playthrough), players will learn more about their inhabitants, traditions and preferences, which will help to better serve customers in the Tavern. Each planet sells unique items that will help diversify the menu and assortment.
Different customers come to the Tavern: predators, herbivores, pacifists and warriors - each customer needs a certain type of food and a personalised approach. You can either befriend them or try to get rid of them with various tricks.
Interestingly, over time, the player's Tavern can become such an important object in the Galaxy that it starts to determine the social and political situation.
When We Can Expect It
The release date for StarKeeper is still unknown, the game will initially be released only on PC, with versions for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X and Nintendo Switch coming later.
Anyone interested is asked to add the game to their wishlist on Steam.
