Evidence has surfaced that the Galaxy S25+ will be released after all
Contrary to rumours of Samsung possibly discontinuing the Galaxy S25+, fresh data indicates that the Plus lineup will be retained.
Here's What We Know
The information that appeared in the IMEI database made no mention of the Galaxy S25+, prompting speculation that the series would be reduced to two models next year - the S25 and S25 Ultra. However, our colleagues at GalaxyClub have revealed three internal model numbers for the upcoming S25 series, including the SM-S936, corresponding to the Galaxy S25+. This model number sits between the smaller SM-S931 S25 and the larger SM-S938 S25 Ultra, hinting at the existence of the S25+.
It is not yet known exactly if the model will be released and in which markets, as well as the reasons for the absence of the model in the IMEI database are unknown. It is rumoured that drastic changes in the design or structure of the series will only happen with the Galaxy S26 models.
