Red Magic 9S Pro gaming smartphone with overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip will launch globally on 16 July

The company nubia the other day showed in China gaming smartphone Red Magic 9S Pro, and now preparing for the global release of the novelty.

According to the official invitation, the global presentation of the device will take place in a fortnight - 16 July.

The main difference between the Red Magic 9S Pro and the Red Magic 9 Pro is the overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The SoC runs at a maximum clock speed of 3.4GHz. Apart from this, the Red Magic 9S Pro has an improved cooling system. It features a vapour chamber, a special gel that reduces thermal resistance, and a fan. It works with a rotation speed of 22,000 rpm. The manufacturer claims that the new cooling system can reduce the chip temperature to 19.5°C.

Other specs of the smartphone include a 6.8-inch 120Hz BOE Q9+ OLED display, 6,500mAh battery with 80W charging, 50 MP + 50 MP main camera, 16 MP sub-screen front camera, Wi-Fi 7, USB-C 3.2 port, up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB ROM.
