The cheapest McLaren: Pure x McLaren electric scooter unveiled

Pure Electric and sports car manufacturer McLaren have teamed up to unveil an electric scooter called Pure x McLaren.

Here's What We Know

The scooter with an aluminium alloy frame weighs 16, 2 kg, withstands a load of up to 120 kg and is not afraid of rain and puddles, as evidenced by IP65 protection.

There is a 710W electric motor inside. The electric scooter reaches speeds of up to 25 km/h and is capable of travelling about 50 km on a single battery charge.

The Pure X McLaren also features 10-inch tubeless tyres with increased puncture resistance, a folding handlebar and footrests.

The scooter is available in McLaren's signature orange and black car-inspired colour scheme, as well as an all-black colour scheme and a Senna Special Edition version in green and yellow.

For now, the Pure x McLaren is only available to order with prices starting at £899 ($1,150).
