Xiaomi launches two Bluetooth speakers with 360° sound, IP67 protection and HyperOS Connect support to the global market
Xiaomi has expanded its global range by introducing two new Bluetooth speakers, the Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker and Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker Mini. Previously available only in China, they are now available in the international market.
Here's What We Know
The Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker has 40 watts of power and creates 360-degree surround sound with a maximum volume of 93dB. The IP67 water resistance makes it suitable for use near water. There's also HyperOS Connect support for multi-device synchronisation and stereo playback, and custom RGB lighting adds more aesthetics. The battery life is up to 17 hours.
The mini version offers compactness and portability, weighs only 330 grams and also offers 360-degree sound. It has a battery life of 8 hours while retaining key features including Bluetooth, HyperOS Connect and IP67 water resistance.
Pricing hasn't been announced yet, but going by Chinese price tags, the standard speaker will cost around $80 and the Mini-version will cost around $30.
