It's official: Redmi K70 Ultra will get TCL's new 1.5K resolution display with 144Hz refresh rate and PixelWorks X7 chip

Xiaomi together with TCL announced a new mobile display that will be installed in the Redmi K70 Ultra.

Here's What We Know

We are talking about the C8+ panel. According to the manufacturer, the screen has a longer lifespan and improved light efficiency. The panel has a resolution of 1.5K, support for adaptive refresh rate up to 144Hz and an inbuilt fingerprint scanner. The PixelWorks X7 chip is responsible for the screen's performance.

As for other specifications of the Redmi K70 Ultra, they will include a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC chip, 5500mAh battery and 120W charging.

When We Can Expect It

There is no release date for the Redmi K70 Ultra yet. Perhaps the novelty will be shown alongside the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 and Xiaomi Mix Flip this month.
