Impressive result of the sale: 400 thousand copies of Frostpunk were sold in Steam during two weeks of the promotion. The strategy game is still available at a 90% discount

Only two days left until the end of the big summer sale in Steam, and the developers from 11 bit studios can't wait to boast about the excellent result.

Here's What We Know

Frostpunk Strategy had one of the biggest discounts - 90%. Excellent price combined with high quality of the Polish game allowed 11 bit to sell 400 thousand copies of the strategy in a fortnight! Thus, one copy of the game was sold every 2.3 seconds - this is a really fantastic result for a six-year old project, whose circulation exceeded 5 million copies by the end of April.

This interest is probably also due to the imminent release of Frostpunk 2, which was supposed to take place on 25 July but was postponed to 20 September. The game will be available on PC first, and will later be released on PS5 and Xbox Series.
