US gives Poland a $2bn loan to buy fifth-generation F-35 Lightning II fighter jets, Patriot SAMs and Abrams tanks

The United States announced a loan to Poland for the purchase of arms.
Here's What We Know
This was announced by the representative of the U.S. Department of State Matthew Miller (Metthew Miller). It is about 2 billion, which will be allocated under the Foreign Military Financing programme. This money will be used to strengthen the eastern flank of NATO.
Poland plans to buy various military equipment, including American fifth-generation F-35 Lightning II fighters, Patriot surface-to-air missile systems and Abrams tanks. The timing of the projects has not yet been disclosed.
By the way, it also recently became known that the U.S. will give Ukraine another Patriot SAM system, which can shoot down ballistic targets.
