A Wii U emulator for Android has leaked online, which is the PC version of the popular Cemu emulator.

Here's What We Know

Videos online show games such as Mario Kart 8 and Wind Waker HD running on Android devices, albeit with poor performance and frequent crashes. The Cemu team warned that this is an unofficial release and a full launch is still at least a year away.

Cemu moderator Jamie noted that the leaked APK file is not intended for public use and only supports Snapdragon-based devices. He also warned of possible fake apps that may contain malware.

Despite the current issues, the development of a Wii U emulator for Android is generating interest as many Wii U games, such as Yoshi's Wooly World and The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD, are still popular. The official release of the emulator promises improved performance and support for more games.
