Dimensity 7350: MediaTek's new chip for low-cost smartphones

MediaTek unexpectedly announced a new processor for budget smartphones.

Here's What We Know

The novelty was named Dimensity 7350. The chip received 8 cores and is built on the 4-nm TSMC second-generation process. The maximum clock frequency of the novelty reaches 3.0 GHz. For the processing of graphics SoC is responsible for the Mali G610 MC4 module.

Dimensity 7350 configuration consists of 2 cores Cortex-A715 and 6 cores Cortex-A510. For artificial intelligence tasks, it has a MediaTek 657 NPU module. The chipset also features a 5G modem and an Imagiq 765 ISP chip that supports 14-bit HDR imaging. It can handle sensors up to 200 MP and record 4K video at 30fps. The Dimensity 7350 also supports LPDDR5 and LPDDR4x RAM, Full HD+ resolution screen with 144Hz refresh rate, and UFS 3.1 storage.
