Samsung has temporarily suspended pre-orders in some countries for its new Galaxy Buds 3 Pro wireless headphones due to build quality issues.

Here's What We Know

Some South Korean users who received the earphones ahead of schedule have reported assembly defects such as uneven gaps, finishing issues, and misaligned LED strips. There have also been instances of the earphones' silicone ear tips tearing when removed from the case.

Samsung said it is working to improve quality control and apologised to consumers for the inconvenience. The company promised to thoroughly check all processes before the official launch of the headphones in Korea, which is scheduled for 24 July. Users who encounter problems can exchange or return the product at service centres.

Pre-orders for the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro continue in India, the US and other countries, although delivery dates in the US have been pushed back to 28 August. In the UK, some users have been notified of delayed deliveries. Samsung hopes that improved quality control measures will prevent such incidents in the future.
