China provides Russia with intelligence information from its own satellites, which is also used in the war against Ukraine.

Here's What We Know

The Chinese company HEAD Aerospace provides Russia with information from more than a hundred satellites, including high-quality optical imagery from the Jilin-1 Gaofen 03D12 and 03D13 satellites. This information is used to monitor the movement of NATO troops in Europe and to better conduct the war in Ukraine.

According to Bloomberg, US intelligence agencies confirm that China is supplying Russia not only with optical and radar data, but also with the technology needed to produce missiles and other military systems.

"Amid signs of ongoing military integration between the two countries, China has provided Russia with satellite imagery for military purposes," the publication noted.

However, this support is not limited to images from optical satellite systems. The Russian Ministry of Defence and the Wagner PMC also received intelligence information from radar satellites from the Chinese operator Spacety.

At the same time, politically, China is trying to remain neutral in relation to the Russian-Ukrainian war, but at the same time, it is helping Russia with equipment that the country uses for military purposes.
