Redmi K70 Ultra set a new sales record at 2024 in just 3 hours

On 19 July, Redmi introduced in China foldable smartphones Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 and Mix Flip, as well as Redmi K70 Ultra, which gained a lot of popularity the very next day.

The day after the presentation, on the 20th of July, sales of the K70 Ultra Extreme Edition started and in just 3 hours it broke the record of the first sales of 2024. The device became the top seller in all price segments across all online platforms. This was announced by Redmi general manager Wang Teng Thomas on his Weibo page.

The Redmi K70 Ultra is available in multiple configurations: 12GB + 256GB ($360), 12GB + 512GB (~$400), 16GB + 512GB (~$440) and 16GB + 1TB (~$495). The special Champion Edition with Lamborghini-inspired design and 24GB + 1TB configuration costs $550. The smartphone features a 6.67-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, Dimensity 9300+ processor, 50-megapixel main camera with OIS and a 5,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
