The Blackmagic Camera app has received an update with new features and support for Google, Samsung, OnePlus and Xiaomi smartphones
Blackmagic has announced a new version of the Android camera app.
What's new
The new version of Blackmagic Camera has been released with the number 1.1. According to the developer, the app now supports more devices. For example, Google Pixel 6, Google Pixel 6 Pro, Google Pixel 6a, Samsung Galaxy S21, Samsung Galaxy S21+, Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy S22, Samsung Galaxy S22+, Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, OnePlus 11, OnePlus 12, Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Pro and Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphones. Apart from this, the Blackmagic Camera 1.1 app has received new features:
- HDMI monitoring.
- 3D LUT for recording and monitoring.
- Focus transition controls.
- Blackmagic Cloud organisations.
- Blackmagic Cloud account login.
- Ability to dim the screen during recording.
- Optional image noise reduction.
- Optional image sharpening.
- Audio level pop-up window.
- Japanese language.
- Ability to not generate proxies during recording.
- Saving clips anywhere, including external storage.
- General performance improvements.
