Warner Bros. acquires Player First Games, a studio known for free-to-play fighting game MultiVersus

The gaming industry has seen another studio acquisition. This time, Warner Bros. took the authors of the fighting game MultiVersus under its wing.

Here's What We Know

Warner Bros. has acquired Player First Games. Co-founders Tony Huynh and Chris White will continue to manage the studio.

On 23 July, the free-to-play fighting game MultiVersus will feature a ranked mode and 2 new characters: Samurai Jack and Beatlejus.

Where To Play

MultiVersus is available on PC, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series. The game features crossplay and cross-progression.
