Boeing and the Ukrainian state-owned enterprise Antonov signed a cooperation agreement on UAV maintenance.

Here's What We Know

The agreement sets the stage for the two companies to work together on unmanned systems to support the Ukrainian defence industry. For example, the joint work will give Antonov the opportunity to receive engineering support from Boeing.

It will also include training, logistical support and maintenance of American drones, such as the ScanEagle.

"We are pleased to continue our cooperation with Antonov to support Ukraine's development and economic growth," said Ted Colbert, CEO of Boeing's Defence Division.
