90Hz display, MediaTek Helio G85 chip, dual cameras, stereo speakers and a 6650mAh battery: an insider has published detailed specifications of the Redmi Pad SE 8.7

We have written many times that Xiaomi is preparing to release a budget Redmi Pad SE 8.7 tablet. Thanks to insider @Sudhanshu1414 detailed specifications of the device before the announcement appeared on the Internet.

Here's What We Know

The novelty will come with an 8.7-inch LCD panel. The screen will get 1340×800p resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 600 nits brightness, 1500:1 aspect ratio, as well as support for 10-bit colours, DC dimming technology and TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light and Flicker Free certifications.

The gadget will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64/128GB of storage. The tablet should be powered by a 6650 mAh battery with 18W charging. The device will feature stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, USB-C port, 3.5mm jack, Bluetooth 5.3, 5GHz Wi-Fi, GPS and two cameras: an 8 MP main camera and a 5 MP front camera.

Out of the box, the Redmi Pad SE 8.7 will get Android 13 operating system and MIUI Pad 14 shell. The gadget will weigh 375 grams.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The Redmi Pad SE 8.7 will make its global debut in the coming days. The tablet will cost up to 170 euros.
