The developers of Layers of Fear, Observer and Silent Hill 2 Remake will create a game commissioned by Viacom International - owner of DreamWorks Pictures, Paramount and Nickelodeon
Some time ago it became known that Polish studio Bloober Team - the author of famous narrative horror and thrillers Layers of Fear, Observer, Blair Witch, The Medium and, of course, Silent Hill 2 remake (to be released in 2024) - is working on a game based on one of Skybound media holding's franchises, most likely based on The Walking Dead. But as it turns out, this isn't the only project on someone else's intellectual property.
Bloober Team has signed a licence agreement with Viacom International to create a game based on its IP.
Here's What We Know
The Poles reported that Project F, a game commissioned by Viacom International that Bloober is creating with Rogue Games (Highwater), is in development.
Notably, Viacom owns the likes of DreamWorks Pictures, Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon. It would be fun to see a horror film about Sponge Bob and Patrick or Shrek, for example.
