Samsung Galaxy S22 series receives July security update in Latin America

Samsung continues to take care of the safety of its users: Galaxy S22 series smartphones have received another software update.

Owners of the 2022 flagships in Latin America can already download the July 2024 security patch.

This update contains fixes for 25 common Android vulnerabilities and 33 specific to Samsung devices, which significantly improves data protection.

How to check for the update:

• Open Settings on your smartphone.
• Go to the "Software updates" section.
• Click Download and install.

The Galaxy S22 series is expected to receive Android 15 with One UI 7.0 later this year.
