Last year, Meta introduced Meta AI, a chatbot that is gradually expanding its presence on the global market. Initially, the AI was available only in the United States, but now it operates in thirteen countries, and recently appeared in India.

Here's What We Know

Meta's chatbot, which is used for Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp, is now available in seven more countries:

  • Argentina;
  • Cameroon; Chile; and
  • Chile;
  • Colombia;
  • Ecuador;
  • Mexico.
  • Peru.

Thus, the virtual assistant is now available in 22 countries. The company has also added support for new languages:

  • French;
  • German
  • Hindi
  • Hindi with Latin script;
  • Italian;
  • Portuguese;
  • Spanish.

Meta AI can now create and edit images based on user suggestions. You can ask the bot to imagine a user as someone and it will create a corresponding image. Moreover, users can edit these images, for example, by changing elements as they wish.

Access to Meta AI is now easier - it can be found in the window for creating stories, posts, or statuses on social media. The virtual assistant has also received new features to help with maths and coding.

Next month, Meta AI will be available on Meta Quest in the US and Canada in an experimental mode, which will expand the possibilities of using VR headsets.
